Grand House 47 is a private villa located in a beautiful countryside setting. The nature surrounding the villa proves that it is the perfect place to relax and take that well deserved break, away from everyday life.

The villa is completely private, no one will bother you on your stay and you will feel like you are in your own home. We have no check in or check out times, so no need to rush, we tailor for your needs, take it easy!

We are located in Boguszyn, a small village 17km away from the nearest town which is called Leszno. We sit inbetween two major cities, Poznan and Wroclaw. Near our villa there are beautiful woodland areas and a picturesque lake in nearby Boszkowo, called Jezioro Dominickie.
